Donate

Dear Friend and Neighbor,

We appreciate your participation with and support of Cornell Cooperative Extension of Erie County, and are writing to ask you to consider making a financial donation to the association now, to help with programming in 2018. We receive base funding from Erie County, as well as funding from the state and federal government. Your enrollment and participation fees help to cover program expenses, and CCE Erie also actively and successfully seeks grant funding to build programs that address community needs. Your donation today will be an investment in our educational programming in 4-H Youth Development, Agriculture, Consumer Horticulture, and Nutrition.

Why should YOU support Cornell Cooperative Extension of Erie County?

Because…

  1. …we change lives through knowledge. We help people to put research-supported education to work to improve their lives and contribute to their communities.
  2. … we empower youth to make the best better through leadership, civic engagement, community service, and hands-on learning.
  3. … we help farmers to improve production, business, marketing, labor and economic development practices.
  4. …we boost low-income and limited-resource resident’s knowledge about eating healthy on a budget, and increasing physical activity.
  5. …we teach individuals and communities how to adopt environmentally friendly gardening methods.
  6. …we do all of this by collaborating with dozens of local organizations and hundreds of volunteers.

We need you. Please help us fund 2018 programming. Donors like YOU help to improve our residents lives, and help to create strong local communities!

With gratitude,

Karen Schmitz, Board President
