The Cornell Cooperative Extension (CCE) of Erie County Master Gardener Program will host ‘Celebrating Gardening’, our 2024 Master Gardener Education Day on Saturday, March 9, 2024, from 8:30 am to 3:00 pm. Cost of event includes lunch.
The program will feature award-winning author and nationally known speaker, Heather Holm. She is the author of five books on insect pollinators and their role in native plant communities. We are delighted to have her join us for this program.
Tom Mitchell is a Horticulture instructor at NCCC and formerly a teacher in the Horticulture program at McKinley High School. He is well known for his practical and humorous presentations and will speak about the landscaping mistakes we have all made in our gardens.
